Introducing Siro Calls: Make and Record Phone Conversations through Siro

Connect more of the dots across the customer lifecycle.

Today, we’re launching Siro Calls: reps can now call customers from the Siro app on their existing number, and every outbound call is captured alongside their in-person conversations. Reps can also optionally route inbound calls through Siro and choose which calls to record.

We built Siro Calls because the in-person conversation is one part of the customer journey.

Much of the context happens before and after it: the call that books the appointment, the reschedule, the quote follow-up after pricing, or the callback where the customer finally says what’s holding them back. Until now, those conversations happened outside Siro.

Siro now has a more complete view of the customer lifecycle and more context to power follow-up recommendations, coaching, CRM updates, and other workflows too.

The power of context: a more complete conversation history for every customer

A rep calls a new lead and books an appointment, then the customer calls back that morning to reschedule. During the appointment, they raise a pricing objection. Two days later, the rep follows up and learns what’s really holding them back.

That's four conversations with one customer. Now Siro hears all four.

The more of that journey Siro can see, the more useful it becomes. Managers can coach against what actually happened across the lifecycle, not one isolated recording. Reps get better follow-up help because Siro understands the conversations that came before.

Over time, that means Siro can understand more of the path from lead → appointment → conversation → follow-up → outcome, and use that context to help reps and managers decide what to do next.

How it works

  • Call from Siro, keep your number. Customers still see your verified phone number.
  • Outbound calls are recorded automatically. Pause or resume anytime.
  • Inbound calls are optional. Forward calls through Siro and choose when to record.
  • Calls connect back to the customer. When the number matches a CRM record, Siro attaches the conversation automatically.
  • Customer context stays with you. See the project, value, and recent conversation history while you call.

Once the call ends, it lives in Siro alongside the rest of that customer’s conversations.

How to start using Siro Calls

Ready to turn it on? Setup is simple:

  1. Log in and open Settings and tap Siro Calls.
  2. Tap Turn on Siro Calls.
  3. Enter your number and verify it.
  4. Tap Make a call to place your first one.

Every outbound call you make from Siro is recorded. Check your team’s guidance and applicable recording-consent rules before turning it on.

The in-person conversation is still the most important moment in the sale. It's just no longer the only one Siro can hear.
