Every Conversation Outcome — Automatically Labeled
For years, every sales platform has put the same task on the rep's plate after the sales conversation ends: tag it Won, Lost, or In Progress.
It seems small. But multiply that across every rep, every day, every conversation — and you start to see the problem. Reps skip it. They tag it wrong. Managers make decisions on incomplete data. And nobody's downstream analysis is as clean as it looks.
Siro's Automatic Recording Outcomes fixes that.

What's New
Siro now automatically identifies the outcome of every recorded conversation — no manual tagging, no gaps.
- Automatic outcome labels — Every recording since April 28, 2026 gets a Recording Outcome when win conditions are met, extracted directly from the transcript the moment processing completes
- Business-specific definitions — Outcomes are specific to how your organization defines a win for every conversation type — "Products Sold," "Appointment Set," "Membership Secured"
- Filter recordings by outcome — Managers can filter directly by Recording Outcome to surface wins worth sharing or losses worth coaching
- Less friction for reps — Reps don't have to worry about tagging outcomes manually. They just record, and Siro handles the rest.
Who Benefits
Here's what Recording Outcomes changes — for reps, for managers, and for the data underneath everything.
For Reps: One less step after every recording
Before, reps were asked to disposition every conversation before moving on. In practice, it happened inconsistently — if at all. The result was a disposition record that reflected who was most disciplined about admin, not who was actually winning.
Now, Siro applies the outcome automatically based on what actually happened in the transcript. Reps finish a conversation and move to the next one. That's it.
For Managers: Find the right recording in seconds
Before, coaching prep meant scanning titles, skimming transcripts, or relying on memory to find the calls worth reviewing. Filtering by outcome wasn’t reliable because the data wasn’t consistent.
Now, managers can open their recordings, filter by Recording Outcome, and immediately pull up every conversation resulting, or not resulting, in a winning outcome (e.g. "Products Sold").
For Executives and Sales Ops: A consistent, reliable signal
Before, win rate and outcome data were only as good as rep discipline. One team tagged religiously; another didn't tag at all. Comparisons across teams on what actually drove winning outcomes resulted in more noise than signal.
Now, every conversation has a consistent, automatically applied outcome — one source of truth, regardless of who's recording or who their manager is. Recording Outcomes are defined and controlled by your Org Admins. The quality of your data doesn't depend on anyone remembering to do something after the recording ends, or a subjective interpretation of how things went.

Building Long-Term Value for our Customers
Recording Outcomes isn't just a quality-of-life improvement for reps — it's the data foundation for everything coming next in Siro.
Consistent, conversation-level outcome data is what makes it possible for Siro’s AI to tell you which objections are costing you the most, what your top performers do differently in the conversations that win, and where money is being left on the table. That analysis can't happen without reliable signal at the recording level.
