Navigate Siro Faster Than Ever

You're reviewing a recording. You need to jump to what the customer said, check the Scorecard, pull up Ask Siro, then move to the next recording. That used to mean a lot of clicking around. Tab to tab, sidebar to list, and finding your place.

We wanted to improve that workflow for you and make it way speedier.

We’ve shipped 18 new keyboard commands, speaker navigation buttons, and a faster search experience. Together, they turn Siro's web app into something you can move through without taking your hands off the keyboard.

Where to start

Type ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and you're in Siro's command menu. From there, you can jump to Film Room, Scorecards, Ask Siro, any profile, or any action in the app. Think of it as the search bar for everything.

Navigating Recordings

Once you're inside a recording, the full shortcut set opens up:

Playback

  • Space — Play or pause. No more hunting for the button.
  • N — Skip to the next speaker. Jump straight to the next person in the recording.
  • Shift+N — Go back to the previous speaker.
  • . (period) — Speed up playback.
  • , (comma) — Slow it down.

Tabs

  • 1 through 5 — Switch between Overview, Metrics, Re-Engage (if available to you), Comments, and CRM Autofill (if available to you).

Sidebar

  • A — Open Ask Siro in the right panel.
  • T — Open the Transcript.

Actions

  • S — Share the recording.
  • C — Leave a comment.
  • E — Edit the title.
  • F — Search the transcript.
  • P — Post to feed.

Speaker navigation, built into the player

We also added Previous Speaker and Next Speaker buttons directly to the player control bar, flanking the existing rewind/forward buttons.

Why this matters

Speed is compounding. A manager who reviews 10 recordings a day and saves 30+ seconds on each one gets back 30+ minutes a week. These feature they're the kind of improvements that make Siro feel like it was built for people who use it every day.

Try it now

Open Siro on web and press ⌘K to get started.
