How It Works:
A toggle at the top of the leaderboard allows you to switch between viewing rankings by # of Wins or Recordings.
Team Filter: Filters the leaderboard to a specific team
Conversation Type Filter: Filters the leaderboard to a specific conversation type
With Playlists, you can now:
Listen on the go - Reps and coaches can now listen to a playlist of recordings while they’re driving.
Curate and share playlists for onboarding and best practices.
Coach faster with the new global audio player enabling you to listen while reviewing other content.

Only coaches can make a public playlist.
Reps can make private playlists, and view all public ones.
