I have a pretty unique perspective because I used to actually use the Rilla system as well. And what I can say is that Siro is definitely a lot more user friendly. The interface is a lot smoother. It definitely leads more to reps being able to self-correct. It's better for being an actual coaching or training tool versus Big Brother. But Rilla was literally designed to make me feel micromanaged. It helped me a lot with pacing. It helped me a lot with filler words. It allowed me to be a little bit more comfortable because I could hear myself being a little agitated at times. It allowed me to find the information I needed a lot quicker versus Rilla, which is very convoluted. That is my 2 cents.

With Rilla, I was just having an issue getting it set up and actually getting the reps to use it…. With Siro, my reps loved it tremendously better. They used it immediately. They said the battery life was better and the recordings are done almost instantaneously, so literally as soon as they hit stop at a door within seconds its pretty much there and then it will actually show right under the bookmarked objection how other people have handled that same objection, so a lot of things are definitely better in my opinion on Siro. Obviously that's why we are with them, so anything I can do. Any questions you have. Get my information from joe and I would love to help you guys out.
